Flowers are one of my favourite things and I love to have lots in my garden all year round. My chickens help to keep my garden healthy by keeping the insects down and scratching out the weed seeds as they germinate. However the weeds do tend to like growing in my garden and sometimes enjoy overtaking it. I also enjoy collecting seeds and sharing them with others. There is a challenge in getting seeds to grow. Give me a challenge anytime! Painting is another favourite pastime when I am not out in the garden. Flowers are a pleasure to paint and thatched cottages abound with such lovely gardens. Photography is my way of keeping a record of the lovely plants that have graced my garden. I hope you can enjoy it with me. |
