Enjoy my chickens with me as they come out of their shed for the first time. I do enjoy these placed little creatures.
Here's a little snippet of my chickens venturing out into the garden for the first time. They were very apprehensive.
Today we have the chickens starring in their very own video. My Silkie bantams are enjoying their fermented food. My little chickens have grown into beautiful birds. They also enjoy their fermented foods - more on that next time. The chickens are all pure bred and are a variety of breeds - Gold pencilled Plymouth Rock and Rhode Island Red bantams and large varieties of Orpington and Gold Laced Wyandottes. In all my decades of having hens, we have never had large hens, always bantams. I do like my bantams. |
AuthorI'm a mad chicken lady - had them for over forty years. We've always had bantams until this year when we have added some standard size chicks. Never again. I also love gardening and painting. Oh, and writing. BlogsArchives
